Can I work for clients who use Pro or Premier?

Yes, with one caution: opening a Pro or Premier company file directly in Enterprise converts it to Enterprise format, after which your client can't open it in Pro or Premier. For those clients, work from an Accountant's Copy rather than their live company file.

How do we set up 4 users in our firm?

Install Enterprise Accountant on each staff member's Windows computer using the same license details. Host client files on a server or one workstation running QuickBooks Database Server Manager, and up to 4 people can work at once — in the same file or in different clients' files.

How is the license delivered?
